A wall that informs, instead of a wall that decorates.

Communicate. Inform. Engage.

A screen at reception, an app for families or teams, a console to publish from. Three surfaces, one source of truth — and publishing takes under a minute.

  • Publish in three clicks, no training needed
  • The same message on the screen, in the app and in the console
  • Software up and running in two hours

Software on subscription. Screens and installation supplied by our partner Ynova.

  • < 1 min

to publish a piece of information

  • 3

surfaces fed by a single entry

  • 2 h

    to get the software running

01The starting point

The information already exists. It just never reaches the right place.

The programme sits in a binder, the photos on a phone, the notice on a sheet taped up by the lift. And the people it concerns ring reception to find out what is going on.

  1. People on site don't know what is happening today

Printed notices are small, dated and often already out of date. Attendance depends on who remembered to tell whom.

  2. Relatives at a distance are left guessing

They get news when they call, not when something happens. Between visits, the connection rests on a phone call.

  3. The team enters the same thing three times

Once for the noticeboard, once for the email, once for the internal schedule. Three channels, three versions, none of them current.

02One platform, three surfaces

The same content, in the right format, for each audience.

The people on site, their relatives and your teams aren't looking at the same thing — but they are looking at the same information. Published once, shown everywhere, at the same moment.

The reception screen that finally speaks to the people walking past

Large type, strong contrast, generous touch targets, one piece of information per screen. No dropdowns, no double-clicks, no technical vocabulary.

  • Today's schedule, menu, news and notices
  • The week's photo album, shown large
  • Dynamic standby when no one is in front of it
  • Works as a touchscreen or as a plain display

04Why engagewall

Four differences you'll notice in the first week.

The signage market was built on enterprise tools adapted after the fact. engagewall starts from the reception area, not from a head office.

  • Simple enough that nobody needs training

Photo, menu, notice: three clicks and it's live. The team publishes from the floor, not from a dedicated machine at reception.

Elsewhere: two days of training before the first post.

  • One platform, three surfaces, one source of truth

What gets published appears at the same moment on the screen, in the app and in the console. No re-entry, no versions drifting apart.

Elsewhere: the screen, the app and the admin are three separate products.

  • A display that follows the day

The playlist reorders itself around the schedule: the afternoon activity moves up half an hour before, the notice of the day shows in the morning, the menu rises before service.

Elsewhere: a static loop set once a week.

  • A case made per sector, not a generic product

The templates, the categories and the vocabulary change depending on whether you are a residence, a nursery, a school or a business. You aren't configuring a neutral tool: you start with your own.

Elsewhere: one product, for you to adapt yourself.

05Adaptive playlist

The screen doesn't run a loop. It follows the day.

You fill in the schedule once. engagewall decides what goes on screen, when, and for how long — based on the hour, the programme and what is happening that day.

  1. 07:30Good morning and weatherToday's date, local forecast, opening information
  2. 09:00Notice of the dayBrought forward automatically from the schedule
  3. 11:30Lunch menuMoved to the front an hour before service
  4. 13:30Afternoon activityA reminder of the activity and where to meet
  5. 17:00Today's photosAlbum posted from the team's phone

06Pricing

Four sectors, four price lists.

The tier follows the size of the site, and the unit changes with the sector: residents, capacity, pupils or employees. The subscription covers the software; screens are quoted separately by Ynova.

25% off the subscription on an annual commitment. The setup fee is still payable once.

07What you are buying

engagewall is software. The screen comes from our partner.

Better said before you sign than after: your subscription covers the platform, not the hardware. Screens and their installation go through Ynova, who invoice you directly.

Included in the subscription

  • Admin console and role management
  • Mobile app for families and relatives
  • Kiosk and display module (the software part)
  • Support through setup
  • Team training

Not included — supplied by Ynova

  • Physical screens and kiosks
  • Hardware installation and mounting
  • Hardware maintenance
  • Connectivity plan

Ynova rents out the hardware and quotes for it separately. We make the introduction; you stay in charge of the negotiation.

08Personal data

What reassures families before it reassures IT.

Showing someone's photo in a reception area is not a technical detail. engagewall treats consent as a front-line feature, not a checkbox in the settings.

  • Granular consent

Each person concerned — or their legal representative — chooses what may be shown: photo on the screen, photo in the app, first name displayed, event announced. Declining is the default.

  • Immediate withdrawal

Withdrawing consent unpublishes the content in question across all three surfaces, with no technical intervention and no propagation delay.

  • European hosting

Data hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, and logged. Sub-processors listed in the register handed to the client.

  • Contract pack ready

Data processing agreement (GDPR article 28), record of processing activities, retention periods and the procedure for exercising rights, all provided on signature.

09Frequently asked

What we get asked before signing.

No. engagewall is software: console, mobile app and display module. The screens, their installation, their maintenance and the connectivity are supplied by our partner Ynova, on rental, under a separate quote. We make the introduction; the negotiation stays between you and them.

For the wall screen, usually yes: an HDMI input is enough, the player plugs into it. The kiosk does need a touch panel — an existing screen without touch cannot stand in for one. Ynova checks compatibility before quoting and tells you plainly what can be reused and what has to be added.

Two hours for the software setup: importing the schedule, setting up the visual identity, creating the roles, getting the team going. The real lead time depends mainly on Ynova delivering and mounting the hardware.

Your teams, from their phone. A “publish” role is enough. If management wants to review before anything goes out, approval switches on in one setting — it's off by default so as not to slow the floor down.

The display module keeps the day's playlist in memory and carries on showing it. Anything published during the outage syncs when the connection returns, and the console flags the screen as offline.

Yes. engagewall is designed in French, Dutch and English, with all three treated equally — the screen, the app and the console each switch language independently.
